In my interaction with hundreds of Startup Founders over the years, a question that frequently comes up is “How can you help us getting a fundraise” or “Will you connect me to investors”?

My answer get to be : “Are you prepared for it?”

My experience says that Founders who are serious about their project try to gain knowledge by attending different seminars and events. In the process they either get more confused or get knowledge on a piecemeal basis that really does not help them to go all out in their readiness pursuit.

In the scheme of things, they spend a lot of time and energy and get unnecessarily stressed out with the rejections. The dream and the ambitions seem far stretched with each passing day.

Sometimes they do hire professionals for the same but later they realize that the professional may only reciprocate when the input elements are clear to them and that can only be the case when they work on the structure bit by bit, step by step right from the ideation stage.

These experiences motivated me to work out on a Step by Step detailed framework right from Ideation to the Funding Stage that makes them and the project “Investor Ready”.

As one keeps working on those 21 Steps as suggested, he/she moves towards getting themselves Investor-Ready.

You also understand the challenges / opportunities that will set for you once you get the funding as the work does not stop there. You may take right alternate measures much ahead basis the backdrop of possible expectations/events post fundraising. It will help to choose the right investors who supports your dream and passion rather than falling prey to one who has only interest on your returns but not on the project.

As in case of everything, when opportunity meets preparation, then only one taste success.

My 21 Steps Framework is placed in such a simple manner that it will help you to prepare for the occasion in a simple but in a very detailed manner.

I have shared everything that I have gained experience on in the past 2 decades working along with startups in their endeavour of raising finance and me being on the other side of the table.

My name is Arin and I carry over 23 years of experience and have led teams for more than 1500+ mandates in India and abroad and have handled businesses worth INR 2.7 lakh crores.
